ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE:

In order to make a purchase through the website, you will be asked to provide your personal details.

Customers must provide their real name, phone number, email address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and guarantee that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid, and correct, and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided. We reserve the right to request proof of ID, address, and banking details before processing your order.

ORDERS:

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the goods can be received upon delivery. If you are not present to sign for the goods an Australian post card will be left in order for you to collect the goods from your local post office.

PRE-RELEASE:

Pre-release items are available exclusively online. All pre-release items will ship at time specified on the product page. Payment will be made at time of purchase.

PRICING:

Prices shown on the website are in AUD and are inclusive of GST at the applicable rate. The AUD price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order is accepted and will be honoured, except in cases of patent error.

IMPORT DUTY & TAXES:

10% GST is included in the retail price shown.

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER:

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and The Wild Olive will be finalised when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Melbourne, Australia and the language of the contract is English.

We reserve the right not to accept your order if we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, if shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, if the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or if you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the Terms & Conditions. We may also refuse to process your order at our sole discretion.

We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason, or refuse service to anyone at any time at our discretion. We will not be liable to you, or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the website, removing or editing content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

We will not be liable to you or to a third party for any product which has been removed from this website or sold, any refusal by us to process a transaction or suspending a transaction once the processing of the transaction has commenced.  We recommend that you keep a copy of your order confirmation and tax invoice.

PURCHASING & DELIVERY – AUSTRALIA

Provided the ordered products are in stock, orders are processed Monday to Friday and are dispatched within 2 - 3 business days after your order is placed, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow 3-8 working days for the delivery of your order depending on your location.

We send all of our items via Australia Post e-parcel standard service. Requests for Express and Platinum postage services can be requested, and will be at an additional cost. You will be provided with a unique tracking code for your order that can be tracked online with Australia Post. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages which may be delayed or lost in transit.

PURCHASING & DELIVERY – INTERNATIONAL

Provided the ordered products are in stock, orders are processed Monday to Friday and are dispatched within 2-3 business days after your order is placed, excluding weekends and public holidays. We charge a custom postage and handling for all international orders, this is calibrated via. third party plugin Australia Post. Please note that occasionally customs inspections may also delay delivery by a few days. We use Australia Post International shipping services that have a 3-15 business day delivery time once the order has been shipped. Shipping times vary per destination and customs fees and any taxes associated with your orders are solely your responsibility. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages which may be delayed or lost in transit.

PAYMENT:

Payment can be made by Paypal, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account when you order. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to The Wild Olive, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We take all reasonable care to make our website secure. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using secure online payment gateways that encrypt your card details in a secure host environment. 

Our online ordering system is the industry standard for encryption technology – to protect your online order information. We will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but we cannot or will not be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing, or ordering from the website unless that access was made possible by our negligence.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

We warrant that all products will be delivered undamaged and in good condition. In the event that you tell us that the product is faulty or damaged, you agree to keep the product in its original condition and return it to us within 7 days of receiving the product. All returned faulty or damaged products must be accompanied by your original tax invoice. If the product is deemed faulty refer to our  “returns, refunds & exchange policy.

If upon receiving the returned product, we find that the product has been worn, has deteriorated through normal wear and tear, has been misused or has been subjected to neglect or carelessness by you, we may at our discretion decide not to provide you with a remedy to resolve the problem. We may also require you to pay all reasonable carriage and servicing costs.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

Deliveries may be returned for refund in the case that product arrives faulty or not as described.

Once a product has been received and approved for return, the balance of the product will be refunded to the account in which you made payment of the product within 21 business days of the item being received by us.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:

Your use of the website and its contents grants no rights to you in relation to any copyright, designs, trademarks and any other intellectual property and material rights relating to the Content (as described in the Content section below), including The Wild Olive software and all HTML and other code contained in this site. All such Content, including third party trademarks, designs and related intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on this Site are protected by national intellectual property and other laws and international treaty provisions. You are permitted to use the Content only as expressly authorised by The Wild Olive and/or its third party licensors.
